Tim’s Amazing Story
My name is Tim Liebmann. I’m 44 years old and have lived for the last twenty years as a morbidly obese man.

Tim, Wife, Daughter
I have lived a life of humiliation, apathy and indifference for years due to my weight. I now live a life of passion, hope and possibilities.
I want to change how you think about obesity. Through telling you my story, much like yours, in sharing my events, thoughts, opinions, and my journey, I want to and can help you with your weight problems.
Today, looking at me, you may think, “What a pretty ordinary looking guy.” Today, that is true. It wasn’t so long ago it was not true.
I have lost 260 pounds. I have gone from more than 500 pounds to 256 pounds. And, I’m still going.
I have:
- Dropped 20 inches off of my waist, from a 58 to a 38
- Lowered my shirt size from a 5X to a 2X
- Gone from 500 mg of blood pressure medicine to 80 mg
- Eliminated a daily dose of Prilosec and use nothing today
- No health issues today (I was lucky!)
Like you, I know what it’s like to:
- Sweat when everyone else is freezing
- Not be able to shop in retail stores that everyone else can
- Break a booth in Friendly’s
- Break more chairs than I care to admit
- Ask for a seat belt extension
- Rip pants as I bend over
- Not be able to cross my legs because my stomach got in the way
- Ruin Mattresses
- Wear out the insides of my pants from them rubbing together
- Try to get on a ride at an amusement park with my daughter and be told I don’t fit
- Be the guy that everyone stares at
I have a unique ability to relate and talk to obese people. You see, when I was morbidly obese, I heard people say to me, “Come on you can do it!”
You think a lot about others, “You don’t know what it’s like to walk in my shoes!” Well I do. I know what it’s like. This is why I can help you.
Use the information in this blog to help you. Connect with me, ask me your questions. Tell me your stories. Tell me your struggles. I am listening. I can help. I’ve lost weight and kept it off. So can you.
